Shipping policy
Orders are packaged and dropped off at USPS within 3-5 business days.
Tracking numbers
Within this time frame, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at the time of checkout.
Tracking numbers are sent separate from confirmation emails.
Incorrect addressPlease make sure to double check that addresses are accurate and written in the correct shipping format. Shipping labels are automatically created using the exact address provided at the time of checkout.
If you noticed you provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible through email kowaighost.info@gmail.com so we can update it before the shipping process.
- If packages are sent back to us due to an incorrect address being provided, a reship fee amounting to the original shipping cost will be charged for the use of a new shipping label.
Lost or missing mail
We understand that lost or missing mail can be frustrating for the both of us. Unfortunately, when packages get lost, it is not our fault since we did our part in shipping out your order.

Chargebacks
If you have any issues with your order, please make sure to contact us through email at kowaighost.info@gmail.com
A chargeback submitted, with no attempt to contact us first to resolve an issue, will result in a ban on our website. Any future orders will be cancelled with no exceptions.
